Protein pancakes

Are you already salivating at the sight of this enticing stack of pancakes? The good news is that besides being super delicious, it's also a source of plant-based proteins and fibers. Treat yourself to these vegan American pancakes. You won't regret it, we promise!

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 g Beyuna Protein

  • 1 banana

  • 100 g oatmeal

  • 250 ml plant milk

  • 1 tbsp flaxseed

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • pinch of salt

  • coconut oil for baking

  • maple syrup

PREPARATION METHOD

Place all ingredients except the coconut oil and maple syrup in a blender and mix until smooth.

Heat a little coconut oil in a pan and add the batter. Decide for yourself how big you want the pancakes.

Tip: the smaller the pancakes, the more likely the pancakes will succeed.

Stack them together and serve with banana slices, a pinch of cinnamon and pour maple syrup over them. Enjoy your meal!
